A unique park to visit. Come equipped with a hammer and start banging on the rocks to create your own symphony! A little fun to break up the day. Nice trails around the ringing rocks phenomenon as well.

Been here before and really enjoyed it. This time the nearby creek was dry, ergo no waterfalls that usually are beautiful. As always, the rocks really ring if you bring a hammer and are willing to walk into the middle of a rock field ( about 100 yards of strewn boulders to traverse). Worth the walk.

An interesting spectacle to visit from time to time. A massive Boulder field in a mostly wooded, rural area with rocks that seem to ring and chime. Bring a hammer if you intend to really enjoy it. There is also a few picnic tables and camping a few miles down the road. If you walk downhill to the end of the rock field and through the woods there is a creek, and if it rained recently, a very nice waterfall that is a nice cool-off spot in the summer. Over the years this park has gotten significantly more popular and there is often many people there striking the rocks, and unfortunately a lot of litter, so bring a bag with you when you go.

I wish the trail was longer and that they had cleared a path or something through the rocks in the middle or something. Maybe remove some rocks that don't ring to let people walk around easier. Climbing over the rocks to get to the ones near the middle that actually ring or ring better was hard and hazardous in some places. But nevertheless we had lots of fun ringing different rocks. Bring a hammer!

Lovely place to visit in fall. Can be maintained well. Trail signs are not clear for first time visitor. And if people roaming with hammers don’t be worried. It’s to hammer stones.
